Justine, femme de ménage à Saint-pantaléon-de-larche 19600

Justine was employed as our au pair from Sep 2014 to July 2015. Her main duties were looking after our children: Charlotte (five years) and Laurence (three years). As an au pair Justine is outstanding and by far the best au pair I have employed. She is extremely considerate, often working more than is asked and she sets herself high standards of work, always completing her work punctually and to an excellent standard. Justine quickly established a good relationship with Charlotte and demonstrated patience, kindness and fairness which has further strengthened their relationship. She kept Charlotte active both mentally and physically while using sound judgement to decide what activity is appropriate to the moment or time of day. Justine showed creative flair working with both children, engaging them in play and ensuring Charlotte completed her homework. Justine ensured both children kept to their daily routine and was always punctual with their bedtimes. Justine was also fantastic at looking after Laurence she saw to all his needs and helped to develop his speaking. Justine is extremely organised and efficient and interacts positively with both children. She is extremely mature for her age. I am a qualified teacher and believe Justine will make an excellent nanny. I would welcome her back to work for me any time. Justine is a very quiet person; she is confident and sure of herself but also modest which is a great balance, I think she is an excellent role model for children. I would like to take this opportunity to wish her every success in her future career.

Super baby-sitter! Elle a su s'occuper avec beaucoup de patience de 6 enfants, donnant les bains des plus jeunes et faisant faire les devoirs des plus grands, et donnant les repas de toute la troupe. Les enfants l'aimaient beaucoup et sont bien tristes de ne plus l'avoir comme baby-sitter, du fait de notre déménagement. Jeune fille très sérieuse, gentille et efficace.
