I have no professional experience but my personal experiences with my grandparents teaches me equally alot just like professional. In fact more coz I was living with them so I know exactly what they needed. My grandparents use to wake up at 3am and start to talk and sing in their room. They just need warm black tea at that time. I knew how to deal with their moods when they are grumpy or do not want to take medicines. I loved to listen to their life stories and watch the photo album with them.
