We wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to Ana, our amazing babysitter. She came into our lives during a very hectic time - when we were in the process of moving to Barcelona - and she was an absolute lifesaver! Ana was responsible for taking care of our daughter, Alma, every day after kindergarten, and ensuring her safety and happiness while we were busy with the move and work. She was fantastic, and we felt totally at ease leaving our apartment keys with her to receive the furniture, even though we had only met her once before. Ana is also a really caring and attentive person, which made all the difference for us. She always made sure that Alma was comfortable and happy, and took great care to follow our instructions and routines. And on top of all that, she's just really reliable. She was never late. We had a change of schedules, so we were sad to not be able to have her as a babysitter anymore. But Ana still comes by to see Alma from time to time (as an aunt now), which is really sweet. We feel so lucky to have had her in our lives, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and all-around awesome babysitter.
